Consultant Referral Program
Our clients keep us busy, which means that we always have a need for qualified IT consultants. To fill this need, we offer a cash reward to anybody who can refer us to a qualified candidate whom we end up accepting.
The process is simple:
- Contact us with the phone number and email of the person you are referring.
- We will contact your referred candidate, review their resume, and conduct an interview.
- With the candidate’s permission, we will refer them to our clients when they have openings.
- If the candidate is accepted for a position, and works there for 90 or more days, then you get paid!

Man on the Street Program
We know that the strongest possible review that a business like Vivo can get is a personal recommendation. Word of mouth is a powerful thing! Over the years, our well connected IT consultants, associates, and colleagues have shown that they are the best way for us to generate new business.
The Man on the Street (MOTS) referral program is Vivo’s way of compensating those who trust us enough to share their contacts with us. If we close business with a contact you refer, you make money.
