Vivo Recognized as a Top 100 Company
The San Francisco Business Times recently awarded Vivo—formerly iTalent Solutions—the distinct recognition of being a Top 100 Bay Area Women Owned Company. All recipients were asked to answer—in 10 words or less—one of three questions:
- What is the secret to running a successful company?
- What is the one “gold nugget” of wisdom or advice you would give to another woman who aspires to own her own business?
- What is your secret to survival in a tough economy?
We answered the third with, “Never forget what a valuable gift a recession can be.” Had my word count been greater, I would have explained this sentiment further, “This year, the recession forced us to retool, refocus and regroup. We expanded our service offerings, brought in industry-renowned executives and hunkered down. For us, the recession has truly been a gift. Recovery is a bit more fun though!”
