Blending of Worlds

Blending of Worlds

I recently took precious time away from being CEO of Vivo to champion a cause for my kids’ school. Our school had never had a Fundraising Gala, despite all neighboring schools doing one annually, or at least bi-annually. Thanks in large part to having such a great team at Vivo, I was able to divert some attention to this effort.

I assembled the most amazing committee, and this past weekend we hosted our first ever Gala and Auction, named appropriately, Dare to Dream!

It’s amazing how much creative talent we had on one committee. I invite you to enjoy the Carly Rae Jepsen video we led with. You know the ear bug “Call Me, Maybe?”, well, here’s “Bid High, Maybe?” to showcase a bit of what we pulled off.

I loved blending my two worlds. But really, did I divert attention, or learn a tremendous amount about assembling a Dream Team, looking at things differently, the value of creativity, and what we can do if you tell us “no”. Enjoy!
